Best Car Buying Experience I walked in not knowing a whole lot about the mini and Bill took the time to explain the different models, took me on a test drive and had patience wh I walked in not knowing a whole lot about the mini and Bill took the time to explain the different models, took me on a test drive and had patience while I debated what kind of vehicle I wanted. He was with me through the whole process and showed me how to operate the car before I left the lot. I didn't feel pressured nor did they treat me any disrespect. To us, it's the little things in the dealer experience that make such a big difference. The vehicle engine bay was as clean as the interior. There was actually gas in the car when test driving.
