Ben always has a positive attitude and provides stellar customer service. He helped me to identify the tow hitch for my 2022 M440ix that I enjoy so much! Also, the cover came off and he took the time reins customer service. He helped me to identify the tow hitch for my 2022 M440ix that I enjoy so much! Also, the cover came off and he took the time reinstall it properly because it seemed defective. I’m learning new features and capabilities that BMW has built into the design and I’m learning how to use the parking tools and all the performance that the sport plus trans enables! The dealership is great overall and I was also greeted my me salesman Troy who was also concerned about the towing hitch that was missing. More

Update: coming down from 5 to 2 6 months forward after my purchase, I am pretty disappointed in their competency, especially of the finance team! Last minute during my purchase, and after being there for my purchase, I am pretty disappointed in their competency, especially of the finance team! Last minute during my purchase, and after being there for 4 hours, I was persuaded to buy the extra insurance (Mile One) with the option of being able to cancel anytime. Two weeks into it, I review the terrible costumer experience online and decide to cancel. Long story short, it took over 6 months to get this done since they made a clerical error and money first went to BMW headquarters and then to the former owner of the car. AND, they tried hard to blame me for it. Unacceptable from a costumer's point of view. More
