From the first call to days after purchase, the entire dealership staff has been FANTASTIC! This is my third BMW, first at BMW of Fort Washington but by far the best dealership total experience I have e dealership staff has been FANTASTIC! This is my third BMW, first at BMW of Fort Washington but by far the best dealership total experience I have ever had. Donna communicated early, got ready for our visit and had the vehicle ready to test. She answered all the questions and stayed with us through the vehicle pick up. The sales manager and finance team were very flexibile and responsive, met and exceeded our requests for price/value considerations and in the end we feel we got a great deal that we could not have gotten at other BMW dealers in the area. I would recommend them to all considering the purchase of a new our used BMW!!!! More
