Good up front. The interaction with the guys online and on the phone was great. Got approved and everything straightened out before I ever drove up to the lot. Problem I have is that after purchasing the vehicle it left me stranded 3 times the next day. I told the sales man and he asked me to send receipts of what I spent fixing it. Then I never hear anything again. I have tried to reach out since I do have a limited warranty on the vehicle. Probably won't recommend this dealer to anyone. I could not bring truck back to get worked on by the dealership due to no one answered the phones the multiple times I called and I needed to get to work. So I did the work myself less than 24 hours after purchase. More

We are wheat farmers and he personally drove a pickup out to our house very early in the morning so that we could do a test drive and not interfere with harvest. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy which was very important to us. He met us early the next morning (so as not to interfere with harvest) at Midway Motors in Hutchinson, Kansas so that we could purchase the vehicle we had chosen. The next time we need to purchase a vehicle we will definitely use Bill again. Also, we met Christian when we were doing the paperwork at Midway Motors in Hutchinson. He as well did a great job in working with us. More
