Went in to buy a new Tacoma. Less than 24 hours later I noticed damage and rust on the roof of the truck. I reached out to Toyota about the damage with pictures. They wouldn't take responsibility of the damage that's clearly older than the one day I owned the truck. They informed me that the security cameras didn't show the damage. After I requested some of the security camera stills they were looking at. They finally sent it to me. You can see the rust and damage as I was leaving the dealership and I pointed it out. They still said there's nothing they can do about it. My friends and family have been buying cars from this dealership for over 15 years. I'm going to make sure everyone I know doesn't buy from this dealership again. More
