Another Great Experience at Subaru of Grapevine We got our first Subaru vehicle here at Subaru Of Grapevine. Bill is so nice and not intimidating like the other sales guy from the other dealerships We got our first Subaru vehicle here at Subaru Of Grapevine. Bill is so nice and not intimidating like the other sales guy from the other dealerships around Grapevine. After two years of nothing but very good service and customer experience, we went back here and decided to work with Bill again to get our second Subaru. Guess what, Bill improved and he is way better in handling our needs and requests. He even goes beyond the mile and because of that, my wife got the car she likes and we got the deal that we are comfortable with. Although there are delays in the processing, Bill ensured that we are updated and really took care of us. Btw, this dealership’s cafeteria for the customers, facilities and restrooms are the best and cleanest, which reflects that they are really customer experience focus team. More

By far the best car buying process ever! First thing is I wanted a Subaru. Our family has had them before and all were very good cars.. I was thinking about the Crosstrek. I'm only 5 ft 8, so size was never a problem The car was what I wanted, with all the comforts that you could want. That's what I wanted too own that car. I also looked at other brands and was not treated as a customer should be, since I was going to spend around 30 grand or more. Like most car buyers. So I looked at my needs and what a car brand can give me along with the service needed with a new car.. Then I was able to talk with Bill Klozik at Five Star Subaru of Grapevine of Texas. Was It far from me (170 miles) yes it was. But with him being able to talk very simple about getting a Subaru. Never any pressure to buy or up grade to another price level. I became very interested about buying from that dealership. That made a difference to me. He has a great respect for that dealership and the people he works with. And that says its more them just him, I was in contact with Bill Klozik over 2 years. Never was I pressured to buy TODAY. So I stayed in touched over that two year time frame. And when it was time to buy a 2020 Pure Red Crosstrek. Bill was the man to talk with. So the time came to meet and buy the car. He went the extra mile to show up on his day off to meet my needs. That says something there! Not only did he take the time needed, which was way beyond the norm. He wanted me to meet the people that make Five Star Subaru the best. I talked with Gary McCloskey, Frankie Saif and Ron Berman who are with sales and so easy to talk with. And at the end I was able to meet the General Manager, Mr. Tony Hooman. A very nice person. I don't have all the names of the others, but you all were just great with what you have to offer to a person buying a Subaru from Five Star in Grapevine. And to finish with my salesman Bill Klozik. He spend more time with me on his day off, than I would ever think of. He made sure I was 110 present happy with my Subaru Crosstrek.
