Happy used car customer My husband and I were very satisfied with out salesman Bill. When we told him what we were looking for he found our vehicle on their inventory. Knowing it's what we were looking for he was will to drive us to where ever it was of their 3 possible locations, as it was a vehicle that just finish coming thru intake process and hasn't even hit the lot for show yet. He also did a great job bouncing between our sale process and another customer showing/pricing that we never felt neglected at anytime in the process. Before we even picked up our vehicle we had already recommended the dealership to 2 other people looking for vehicles because we were impressed with their selection of vehicles. We will defiantly go back when looking for our next used vehicle. More

I had intentions for a SUV but as the afternoon went by we couldn't anything that was suitable for her needs,so Bill suggested to try a sedan, after trying a large number of cars we were getting down to the last one.Bill brought a Lincoln out it was just comfortable for her and me.we took it for a ride and we purchased it. When I found what I liked, and price, Test drove it and was sold ! loved the JEEP Compass. I asked Bill if they could fix a pc of back molding and replace the tires. Their policy is to take it to your mechanic to inspect it with reimbursement. sold on that ! Overall, BILL was fantastic explaining paperwork, and seeing it all through.
