Bill has worked for Beechmont Ford since 1995 and loves it here! He has a wonderful wife, Lisa and they have 2 sons. He has a golden retriever and has for 11 years. She's their baby. He also enjoys restoring old cars.....ask to see his photos!! He enjoys hunting, fishing and time with family.

This was my first dealership car buying experience and it was great! Bill Lewis made the process simple and was very straight forward about everything concerning my 2011 Ford Ranger. Bill Lewis, sales, was patient and his customer service was excellent. Brian, finance, did not provide great customer service. He showed me 4 choices of loans at 6% and one loan at 4%. In order to get the 4% loan, I had to choose the "bells and whistles" package. Of course, I chose the 4% loan with the "bells and whistles". Recently, I received my first bill from US Bank for the truck payment. I see an additional charges for $50 and $110 with no explanation. I contact US Bank,customer service, and asked about the charges. They stated the $50 charge was for insurance and the $110 was origination fee. They also stated: "You signed the note." Immediatly, I went to the truck and pulled all the papers that was given to me by Brian from the day of sale. I did not find a copy of the note, so I called US Bank and requested a copy. I have received the note with both the $50 and $110 highlighted and what they said was true and signed. Brian, financing, never discussed the $50 single interest insurance or the $110 origination fee with me during the sale.I believe he should have. I don't like being surprised with additional costs after the fact. Additionally, I find it interesting that I paid a Doc. Service fee of $250 that wasn't discussed. Please cancel the undercoating service. Please have Brian read the "Mission statement" in the show room. More

I accompanied my father to Beechmont Ford to help him shop for a new truck. He and I were both looking at Ford because we had previously had great performance and longevity from their vehicles. He left that day with a new Ford Ranger, and I left with the comfort in knowing I had a sales team I could trust when I was ready to return for the purchase of my own new car. A few months later I gave Bill Lewis a call and told him my father and I were on our way for round two. I was a little nervous about this purchase because it was my first time buying a new car. I am also getting ready to move cross country and I needed a car I could count on to take me there. Bill made the process easy and comfortable. I had done a lot of research, but I was still naive on a few points. Bill was honest and patient with my questions. He never pressured my decision and ultimately made me feel very safe and confident in the decision I made. A week ago, I rode away in a 2012 Ford Focus, my first adult car, and I couldn't be happier with my decision.
