I give this Nissan dealership a "10". From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with respect and a smile. They did not have the particular model of the car I wanted, and Joe told me he was 99.9% sure he could get it for me, and for the price I wanted. Two days later, Tony Paramo called me with my car. There was no hassle whatsoever. Purchasing a car as a single woman, that meant so much to me. Tony actually came in on his day off to deliver the car to me. Not only did he go over the car, he gave me a tour of the dealership, service center and introduced me to service manager, so I would know where to bring my car for service tune ups. Rick the business manager, was totally professional, showing me different options to extend warranty, etc. again, with no pressure whatsoever.
