The process of buying a car from a dealership has always been stressful and a painful process until we met the sales team from Thompsons! They are phenominal! There is no way to desribe the professionalism, been stressful and a painful process until we met the sales team from Thompsons! They are phenominal! There is no way to desribe the professionalism, honesty and patience we experienced there! They made it stress free and we got exatly what we were looking for. I ahve purchased 2 used cars from Thompsons and the experience has always been enjoyable. The staff is great and bends over backwards to make sure the cutomer is happy, and they have great deals on ca experience has always been enjoyable. Good salesman, Bill McCarty was easy to work with. When price came up for the sale of the vehicle it went fairly easy. Ryan and Lance worked with me and there was no pressure sales. I made an offer, they price came up for the sale of the vehicle it went fairly easy. Ryan and Lance worked with me and there was no pressure sales. I made an offer, they countered and the deal was done. Dealership is easy to get to and very clean and orginized. Everyone was willing to help with locating my salesman upon arrival. Once sale was made things slowed down, as for customer service. A lot of waiting, with an appointment. I still would recommend this dealership to my friends and family. More
