I am a seasoned sales professional servicing both our commercial and retail clients. I'm well versed in leasing and financing both new and used vehicles. I also pride myself on knowledge of our trucks capabilities. I can either get it done or find someone who can. I'm extremely proud to have been at Palmetto Ford for over 20 years (not a rolling stone!) -- apparently the people and environment say a lot about the owners. My career began in the accounting profession and progressed through sales to Palmetto Ford. In my spare time I enjoy hiking and Trout fishing in the mountains and golfing with my friends.

Best place to buy a Ford truck in Charleston! Al, Bill, and Mike made my buying experience very stress free. I was well informed and walked through the buying process step by step. Our family has been buying Ford vehicles from Palmetto Ford since 2004 and will continue to do so. Everyone involved treated me like family and made sure I purchased a vehicle I was happy with and within my budget. They have a huge selection of F150's on the lot and were able to satisfy my picky preferences at a price I could afford. I definitely recommend Palmetto and will be back for my families next vehicle purchase. More

My wife and I have been doing business with Palmetto Ford for over 20 years. We started when the dealership was located on Morrison Drive. We have been going directly to Bill Pappas since he started with Palmetto Ford. Whenever our lease is up, we go directly to Bill. He smart, always professional and we honestly know that sees his job as doing his best for the customer. He does not push you in a special direction to meet some dealership goal. We know he believes that he takes care of us and our needs and wants that we will be back. It has worked for twenty years and it will continue. Our most recent experience involved the end of our lease turn-in. Our original plan was simply to buy the car that we had leased based its condition and the reliability of Ford products. After talking with Bill it became apparent that what we needed was two cars. I not sure how Bill and Mike Kalinowski made it happen but they did it. Now that's a professional team. I have recommended Bill and Palmetto Ford to my friends whenever the subject of car purchases or leases come up. Although this visit did not involve the service department, I would be remiss in not acknowledging the outstanding experience that the service department and Jean Healey have provided us over the years. I will not go to any other source when it comes to service. Thanks to all for such a pleasant experience. More

Mr. Goddard is, without a doubt, the best salesman I've ever met. No high-pressure tactics here--just the facts. He was very friendly and forthcoming, and gave me a good price right away. He followed up with me several times throughout the order, as we waited eight weeks for the Fusion to arrive. He kept me informed and gave great advice about all aspects of handling the car. The care Mr. Kalinowski took to explain financing and warranty options was far and beyond what I expected. He found the best interest rate available to anyone. I especially valued Mr. Fleetwood's help with the technical aspects of this amazing machine. He is brilliant and also gave me his phone numbers in case I had any questions--very brave, as learning about this sophisticated car may take some time. I had intended to buy a GM product or a Lexus, as I had owned those before and had been happy with both, but this Fusion out-shined them all. For the money, this car had both better style and richer substance. From Miss Mandy at the receptionist's desk to Mr. Pappas, the wonderful staff at Palmetto made my experience as a new customer completely delightful. More

I received a friendly greeting from all staff members I encountered. I received a personal escort from the service department to the sales department when I inquired about "trading up" to a 2013 Escape. encountered. Al was patient and competently answered all my questions about the 2013 Escape. Bill had all the numbers worked up for the car of my choice when I returned from the test drive . He switched gears and refigured the information when I asked about a lease plan. I felt unhurried and under no pressure to make my decision. The fiance manager, Ron, is super competent with that paperwork! He really knows how to get customers through the process. Overall, everyone and everything regarding this dealership is A+++. I will be a faithful Ford customer as long as this dealership is there for me. More

The Palmetto Ford group is very friendly and professional. Bill Pappas was terrific to work with. Bill showed me several different models. When I saw and drove the 2012 Ford Edge Sport I was really liked it. Bill and a young man who names escapes me helped me with the electonics. I highly recommend Palmeeto Ford and Bill Pappas. You get a good price, good service, and respect. We have done business with Palmetto Ford for over 30 years. We came to look at an Expedition. Bill was very professional in showing us the standard Expedition and the Expedition EL. He worked very well with my husband in regard to pricing and demonstrated a professional in showing us the standard Expedition and the Expedition EL.
