Second or third time taking my 2025 Explorer to this place for a recall, only for the SAME DUDE tell me to look for bubbles , those aren’t bubbles, that was from a rock. They continue to tell you to bri place for a recall, only for the SAME DUDE tell me to look for bubbles , those aren’t bubbles, that was from a rock. They continue to tell you to bring in your vehicle, WASTE YOUR TIME AND DAY, to tell you you’re wrong. Dude does not listen; interrupts constantly; and have the audacity to tell me a rock hit my windshield when I know a ROCK did not cause a BUBBLE that is now conforming to a pin size break. There was a blackish gray bubble abrasion that was there and now it is starting to form into something else. I was told by that DUDE that the windshield could collapse from the bubbles. I’m waiting for the windshield to collapse upon me in order for the Napleton to repair the recall. Oh, get this. Dude told me on 9/14/2026 that they can repair it but it may come back and I will have to pay for the recalled bubbles out of pocket. Make it make sense. More
