Very pleased with my purchase. I switched from a pickup truck, to a minivan. I wasn't sure how the switch would go, as I really liked having a truck. I give the buy a 5 star because I would tell my friends, ( looking for a used vehicle), based on my experience and satisfaction, stop by and talk to the sales staff, look around the lot, see if you can find what your looking for; a good vehicle at a great price. However, Michelle the online rep, Bill Plane the Salesman, and the team of finance people, Kelsie and Aimee actually gave me confidence from the first interactions with them; each individual solidifying my confidence with each and every consecutive interaction. Even though I live 600 miles away, I would certainly trade or purchase from them again, and look forward to the experience. I really can't stay enough good things. You can tell that they are a family and are managed by the best, as the tone has been set to welcome you in and make you feel special. It became a familiar, comfortable place to do business from the minute I made contact. The best of the best as far as I'm concerned. P.S. I don't give reviews, ever. I feel these folks needed to be acknowledged. Oh and they have a very friendly sales guy, Zach Brown. He added a little levity to the overall experience as well. More

I live over 150 miles from the dealership and Bill went to great lengths to ensure I was fully informed throughout the purchase process.
