Overall it was a good experience. I got the vehicle I wanted, the service was overall good, the dealership was clean, and I was always greeted immediately at the front desk. The only thing I couldn't shake was the sales approach. The sales person was partly unprofessional and didn't seem to want to want to help us, but rather find ways to exploit the buyer, get the sale, and move on. Never were we offered water once, in the either times we were there. The sales person didn't have a problem drinking it in front of us despite the hours we spent there. We had to get our own. In short, I felt like I got the stereotypical sales person. Not saying they are all like that there. The sales person I dealt with, I felt that person was just seeing in what ways could they exploit the buyer, rather than actually helping me and answering my questions. The person was a different person once the buying part started though. Outside the informational meeting, everything else was a great experience. More

Bill Quaday really included our son in the process and treated him as an equal buyer. This made our son's buying experience exceptional and he learned a lot in the process. We looked thoroughly at two models and test drove several versions. Bill was extremely helpful, patient, and respectful. With his assistance we selected the great Prius that our son really likes. The paperwork around the sales contract was very efficiently and pleasantly facilitated by Bob Herrmann. We are returning buyers and the all-around pleasant buying experience will certainly make us come back for our next car need. More

I wish I could give 100 stars to Linch Her. This guy is amazing not only pre, or during the sale, but also after the sale.
