CUSTOMER SERVICE? There isn't any. Emails rarely answered and no follow up with problems. I emailed Peter regarding several letters I received from GM regarding ov There isn't any. I never would have known about it if GM didn't send me these physical letters. I emailed all the info to Peter five weeks ago....... No response. I emailed Bill from service two weeks ago regarding more problems I see with my 2024 Trax LEMON. Again, no response. I'm so sorry I bought my car there. If you expect a reply in your lifetime, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! More
