The customer service at Fitzgerald's Park Dodge Chrysler Jeep was outstanding. The vehicle that I was interested in was brought to the dealership from another Fitzgerald dealership and it was here Chrysler Jeep was outstanding. The vehicle that I was interested in was brought to the dealership from another Fitzgerald dealership and it was here within 24 hours of my inquiry of it. My salesman, Herb Hardy, was spectacular. Easy to deal with, no pressure attitude, and a personality that you felt right at home with. The whole sales team made me feel like their number one priority by expediting my deal so that my wait time was at a minimum. The finance manager went above and beyond the call of duty by spending extra time on the phone with potential lenders to secure me a lower rate for my vehicle. All around the customer service was exceptional and I would definitely recommend the Fitzgerald Park Dodge Chrysler Team to anyone who is interested in purchasing a vehicle. More

I was just online shopping vans and received a call from Mrs. Allen. I took her advice and went to the dealership and met with her. She was very pleasant and wonderful to work with. Thanks to Mrs. Allen and Mr. Ritter, I was able to trade my no longer wanted car in and get a great deal on a van that is perfect for myself and my family. I will not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great deal and wonderfully helpful people to work with.Mrs. Allen was exceptional in sell the van to me, Mr. Ritter was great in getting me financed to where I can afford the vehicle and the finance manager was great to work with as well. Thank You Fitzgerald's Park Dodge for a very enjoyable experience in helping me to purchase a much needed Dodge Grand Caravan. More

Both Maurice and Bill were very easy to work with. Price on the JGC was better than any other dealership in the metro area. Extremely fair on trade-in value. All of the staff that I worked with at Park Dodge were extremely helpful and friendly, and made my purchase one of the least painful experiences that I've ever had. There have been times where I'd rather extremely helpful and friendly, and made my purchase one of the least painful experiences that I've ever had. There have been times where I'd rather get a root canal than go through the car buying process -- comparitively, this was more like a cleaning. Only thing that was missing was the lolipop afterward. This was such a GREAT experience. Fitzgerald employees SURPASSED the emplyees of Park Dodge. They showed professionalism, courtesy, RESPECT, and friendliness. They found the best interest rate; and met my schedule as it was a busy day and I needed to leave by a specific time. I also liked being greeted when first entering the building; how everyone involved introduce themself; they made you feel important and special at the same time. When it was owned by "Park Dodge"; the sales people were "stunned" when I stated I wanted a specific vehicle; their actions was a big turn off, they did not respect their customer; my son felt the were "idiots, and rude". Again My Sincere thanks for EXCELLENT Customer Service. More
