I do not have a problem with community Honda except that it took 5hrs to change oil, transmission fluid, rotate tires & change rear brakes. They do not account for people’s time. They allow 90 minutes just it took 5hrs to change oil, transmission fluid, rotate tires & change rear brakes. They do not account for people’s time. They allow 90 minutes just for an oil change. That’s an hour longer than most places allow. Can I go somewhere else? Actually, no I can’t. Honda has designed their vehicles so you have to go to a dealership to have certain services done. I tried to go to other places of service but was told by all that Honda dealerships are the only places that have the proper equips/tools to service my vehicle. COMMUNITY HOMDA NEEDS TO BE MORE RESPECTFUL OF OTHERS TIME More

Straight forward. Honest. I feel they do good work. Only suggested service that was needed or manufacturer recommended. I called and got an appt. to have an oil change. I got there on time and the service center was jammed! There were two service clerks in the outer room and I told them what I was there for. One of them t there on time and the service center was jammed! There were two service clerks in the outer room and I told them what I was there for. One of them told me to go in the waiting area and they will come and talk to me. After an hour I looked out and my car was still sitting there not being worked. I went out to talk to the same service clerks and the one guy said I should have waited in line. I have done that in the past for service, but the other guy said for me to go wait in the waiting room. I was very unhappy, but the other guy got things rolling and had my car brought in for the oil change. I told him that I bought my certified used car in August from Community. I was told that my first 2 oil changes were free. I showed him my Certified card, but it wasn't coming up in your computer as free. This was very upsetting and I asked to talk to the service manager who said to give it to me free as I was promised. I am thinking about getting my future service needs done at another dealer to avoid the hassles I went through at Community. If I do come back for service, I hope they will keep their promise and give me my 2nd oil change free as I was promised. I've been going to Community for 6 years. More

Fast service Had a new key made. Said it would take hour to program it. Took less than 30 minutes, still charged me for full hour. $205 for one key is outrageous. Had a new key made.
