Terrible customer service Horrible customer service! Would never come back and will tell others not to go to this dealership. Came in for my appointment time to return my lease Horrible customer service! Would never come back and will tell others not to go to this dealership. Came in for my appointment time to return my lease, had no plan to get a new lease. Told Bill Sergi this and he could not understand why. It was none of his business in the first place but we decided to ask him for some pricing on Camrys. He refused to show us pricing until we chose a car and drove it (mind you we had our 4mo old daughter with us.. tell me how that would’ve worked out????) finally we told him forget it we just came here to return my lease and leave he, walked away for almost 10 minutes, he was just standing around doing nothing, came back over and said it would be another 30 minutes. I told Him that’s ridiculous I had an apt st 4 to return my lease which takes maybe 10 minutes if that, so I asked to speak with someone else. The sales manager handled the paperwork for my lease return and we were all set to leave in u set 5 min. So Bill was wasting our time because he is RUDE!!!!! Horrible horrible at his job!! I wouldn’t be surprised if his sales were at 0%. More

Senior sales manager Lou went above and beyond to rea Amending my original review based on Boch Toyota’s response to fixing the original issue we had. Senior sales manager Lou went above and beyond to reach out to my husband and I after hearing our negative experience just days before. Although not able to honor the original lease quote, they did their best to beat the rates quoted to us by other nearby dealers. We appreciate the service and they even hand delivered the paperwork and vehicle. Thank you Boch Toyota for turning things around and making us happy and most importantly - regaining our trust. We feel much better about everything and are very happy w/our new Toyota Highlander XLE. Our 2 year old thinks it’s the best thing ever and we are just 3 weeks away from having our second - very excited to install the new baby seat and to have the additional room we need for our growing family. I will continue to recommend Boch Toyota now that all has been resolved. It’s clear after all that has transpired ... in the end they truly do care about their customers.
