We had a great experience working with David to get our Highlander Hybrid. We were on the waitlist for the ‘22 model, but David knew we were hoping to get a vehicle sooner, so when WRT came across a ‘21 mo Highlander Hybrid. Maegan was simply awesome throughout the sales process for my new Tacoma. She was receptive to my needs and inquiries I had about maybe buying a Corolla hatchback if the financing for the Tacoma didn't w for my new Tacoma. She arranged for the aftermarket equipment installation that I needed and is also willing to sit down with me in the truck when I get it and walk me through the electronics in the truck. Also a shout out to Chris in the finance department for making that part of the process very easy and understandable.
