The appointment was to replace a damaged grill and to check on another issue with electronics in the vehicle. The staff went out of their way to check into the issues and while they were not able to dupl check on another issue with electronics in the vehicle. Friendly staff, very easy to work with. I arrived on time for the appointment and was seen to right away. The employees offered coffee and water and there was a comfortable place to sit and I arrived on time for the appointment and was seen to right away. The employees offered coffee and water and there was a comfortable place to sit and work on a few emails while I waited. The service lasted about an hour and then I was out of there.
