Your left and right hands are clearly out of sync, and your consistent request for feedback from the time I checked out to several emails and phone calls is too much. I also had an earlier appointment for my car to be picked up for service; they did not show up, and then I got a call that I had missed my appointment. Overall, I now know purchasing the service when buying a car is not worth it. More

I'm surprised that the dealer did not even vacuum the car when they had it for service. And they don't wash it. I understand that, but not vacuuming the car.
