
Bill has been in the automotive business since 1995. He joined the Koons organization in December of 2014 and enjoys helping customers understand their vehicles and enjoys providing them with exceptional service. Bill also enjoys the eastern shore way of life. He and his wife Jolie have 3 children, Alex, Tori and Garrett and reside in Denton, MD. In his free time his interests are sports, hunting, fishing, boating and anything outdoors.

I'm surprised that the dealer did not even vacuum the car when they had it for service. And they don't wash it. I understand that, but not vacuuming the car.
