I was interested in a CPO E 350 4 matic they had advertised so the set me up with Bill Stevenson to help me out. He spent a great deal of time showing me the features of the car and on a test drive. He explained financing options, extended warranties, etc very clearly and gave it all to me in writing. I researched a lot and they had very competitive pricing. In the end, I decided the car was not for me but I fully recommend Bill and Crown Mercedes of Dublin. It was very professional and no pressure, merely information and options. BEST Car Buying Experience EVER After weeks of searching for a particular car, I found that Crown Mercedes in Dublin had a vehicle that matched my criteria. I called the dealership a After weeks of searching for a particular car, I found that Crown Mercedes in Dublin had a vehicle that matched my criteria. I called the dealership and was fortunate enough to speak with Bill Stevenson. Bill was professional, courteous and extremely helpful all without being pushy and without using any of those "cheesy" car salesman tactics. He took a video of the car and sent it to me so I could see what the car looked like as it was on the lot. In addition, he sent me the CarFax report of the car and a link to the photos. We made an appointment for my family and I to test drive the vehicle the following morning. Since we were over an hour away from the dealership, he told me he would let me know if the car was still available at the end of the day. True to his word, he texted me later that evening to let me know that the car would be there in the morning so we wouldn't waste a trip. As soon as we arrived, Bill had the car already waiting for us. In order to save time, Bill asked if we wanted to start the appraisal process on our current car (trade-in) while we took the car on a test drive, which we greatly appreciated. We had 2 kids in tow and buying a car usually takes quite a while. However, this was the best and quickest car buying experience we have ever had! The entire process went smoothly, it almost felt unreal. We never felt that "I can't wait to get out here" feeling that we have had in the past at other dealerships. Even the finance portion with Wayne M. went so quickly! The customer service that Bill S. and Crown Mercedes provides is above and beyond. And it didn't stop after we walked out the door - Bill reached out to us to ask how our drive home was and to make sure we were happy with our choice. In a year or two, we will be in the market again to buy a car and we already know where we are going to go and who we will ask for - Bill Stevenson at Crown Mercedes! More
