Proactive and excellent communication and service I visited Crown Eurocars of Dublin for the first time in December 2017 and met Bill Stevenson. I told Bill that I had done a lot of internet research I visited Crown Eurocars of Dublin for the first time in December 2017 and met Bill Stevenson. I told Bill that I had done a lot of internet research on the MB GLC 300 versus the Porsche Macan. He explained to me in detail the advantanges of the GLC 300 and recommended I also drive the Macan, to understand the significant differences in the interior, drive and feel of the two cars. After test driving both cars it was clear that the GLC 300 was a better fit for my needs, including having enough space to fit 4 or 5 of my family in the car. Bill did an excellent job working with me to customer order a GLC 300, including full transparency on pros and cons of various packages and options. We ordered the vehicle for an anticipated mid February delivery. Bill stayed in touch with me during the interim period and the vehicle arrived the week of February 12th. The day I picked up the car went very smoothly, from inspecting the vehicle, to transfering the registration and plates, my trade-in and finally working with the finance manager to purchase the vehicle. The overall level of service was excellent and completely different than any service I previously experienced at other dealerships. More

I had a GL 450, 2011 with 81,500 miles and basically started looking for another car. Crown Mercedes in Dublin, Ohio is convenient from where we live, but I always took my GL450 for it's service on the other side of town. But we stopped by Crown to test drive. We ended up buying a new 2018 GLE350 SUV, 2 hours later! Not only did we like the SUV, our sales rep clinched the deal! (And Price) To be honest if we had not met him, we would of left with out a new car. He was knowledgeable, not pushy, and trustworthy. More
