Very helpful I stopped in one Saturday hoping to take care of some simple things with my new car through the service dept. only to find it closed. Bill graciously I stopped in one Saturday hoping to take care of some simple things with my new car through the service dept. only to find it closed. Bill graciously jumped in to offer assistance even though he was helping another client. He helped me remove my message about low tire pressures from the message center. While he did that, I asked him if he could find the place on the car where I needed to hook up my smart ride kit that I was installing for decreased insurance rates. He was practically upside down trying to find the spot under my steering wheel. Job was accomplished. He is so kind and gracious. I can't say enough about how nice he was to go out of his way to help me with some silly simple things. Thank you Bill!!!! More
