Beyond incompetent. Even after handing them a a diagnosis they were unable to fix the vehicle. They know nothing of Bluetec technology. Stay away. Service I had a repair done on my new GT. The problem was not Mercedes fault but it was a fault of a third party installer. This was a very detailed repair an I had a repair done on my new GT.
