One of my best car-buying experiences I had been going to the Crown Mercedes service department for my service and repair needs for almost 5 years now and have been incredibly satisfied wi I had been going to the Crown Mercedes service department for my service and repair needs for almost 5 years now and have been incredibly satisfied with their transparency, quality of work and efficiency, so it seemed only natural I look for my next car through the same group. It took some doing as far as finding any that were available and in my price range, but Mr. Stevenson helped me through the entire process. He kept his ear to the ground, asked around for me, and eventually helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He was able to point out all the features of the car and inform me of what would be fixed up or changed prior to my receiving the car. Mr. Michalak was also very helpful in assisting with the financial aspects of the purchase. And when it came time for me to pick up my car, Mr. Steven son was kind enough to actually come and pick me up to take me to the dealership to retrieve it. Overall, I am very satisfied, and reassured in my choice to remain a customer with Crown. More

Instead he was informative of various possible vehicles and was patient as we considered the various choices. He knew the answers to my questions. He also presented some leasing options such as a 7500 instead of 12,000 miles per year which lowered the cost, and if necessary, it can be increased via a phone call. He found the color car we wanted and the entire transaction was smooth. Once we got the vehicle, he even came out to our house to program the garage door openers, setup the cell phone, and make other custom settings for us. Everyone I talked to or worked with at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. More

He called when he said he would and did a great job of getting to my monthly payment without feeling like it was a chore. He even got a beautiful bow to put on the car when I went to pick it up!
