We looked all around and spoke with many different dealers. The service and attention to detail was what drove us to do business with them and ultimately make our purchase. I can't say enough about Tim, Bill and Derek's help with the buying process. I had my guard up at first from the expectation that dealerships were only worried about the commission and profit margins . I can truly say Tim Wheeler is the best to work with. Of all the salesmen we spoke too his effort and service where second to none. his patience with us in finding the perfect Expedition was a blessing and made the experience that much better. He went above and beyond to deliver us a perfect match and met us at our price point as well. We will be going back in the near future to make our next purchase and we definitely recommend Byers to family and friends now. For everyone else if you want to be treated with respect and honesty save your time and go here first. It will at least give you a standard to judge the other dealers against. Bob Drollinger, the used manager is a straight shooter and never attempted to sneak in any hidden fees for profit, as some dealers attempt. and Bill, the finance manager explained the warranties we were interested in, so we could make an informed decision and never once pushed products we didn't want. We have purchased 4 vehicles in the last 12 months and this is by far the best experience! We will be back for our next purchase and encourage you to give them a shot. Thank you guys! Don't follow through with what they say Bought a car there on June 22nd got the car home realize that the driver side turn signal light that's on the side mirror was out took the car back th Bought a car there on June 22nd got the car home realize that the driver side turn signal light that's on the side mirror was out took the car back the following day was told they would fix it the following Saturday brought it back up there the following Saturday they said they had to order the part for it went back up the following Saturday they tried to fix it but it was the wrong light they tried to fix the puddle light guy said they had to get with sales to see about fixing it cuz I needed a whole new mirror which is $500 what should be no issue I paid almost $15,000 for the car there should be nothing wrong with it that was almost two weeks ago I've called left messages and I've heard nothing from them More
