Excellent experience! My husband and I purchased a new vehicle. Josh Chadwick was our salesman. He was honest, cared, respectful, and just did a fabulous job. This is the first car salesman that I’ve ever liked. EVER! Then came the financial part. William Thorpe, he was accurate, thorough and transparent. This is the first time the final number of the deal....was actually the final number. William did not throw in any hidden fees. He was friendly and very thorough. Then we return to Josh Chadwick and he takes us to vehicle and takes the time to sit down and show us how to use everything. Even laid on ground to show us the tow package. It was a cold day and he didn’t act rushed or bothered to show us all the features. Both men went above and beyond and for the first time in my car buying history, made this an excellent experience!! Thank you both! Your hard work and kindness was very much so appreciated by us both! You will have a repeat customer. More

Just awesome, best buying experience we ever had. Byers Ford Delaware, we were out looking for a New Ford.. And didn't know what to expect when we pulled into Byers Ford. But we were quite shock when John Grijak reached out his hand of friendship. He made us feel like we had been old friends for years, made us feel at ease. He invited us to his office, and he let us just unwind a bit and just relax. And this was something that we were not used to at all. We talk about the bad deals we had at other dealers, and he told me that it wouldn't happen hear at Byers. We talked about that he had for sale that would be a perfect fit for us. He came up with the perfect Ford Escape that fit in our budget. The next thing was getting financing. Bill Thorpe was left to handle this side. Great job on his part, in fact he did his job and helped us with Ford Rebates. We can't express in words how we feel about the experience we had at Byers Ford in Delaware. They have us as customers for life. We will buy our next Ford from Byers. Easy to work with and worth the drive We recently purchased a used Toyota Highlander from Byers Ford and had a very good experience. Josh was very helpful throughout the whole buying process and everyone was very nice and there were no pushy sales people here at all. The price was very reasonable and the car was in excellent condition. The detailing on it was so good that it almost looked brand new and several people have asked me if it was a new model. We drove from out of state and I had been in communication with other dealers closer to home and found them to be annoying, sending numerous emails and texts and calls but this was not the case at Byers. Our dealings were professional and timely. They knew we wanted to drive back to Kansas and they did their best to speed the process along so we could be on our way. My husband always dreads buying cars but this was the easiest experience we have had in awhile. We really appreciated the fact that we didn’t have to haggle. My only complaint was that the vehicle was advertised as a higher grade model than it actually was and I was quite disappointed as it was really what I was looking for which is why we drove so far to get it. We went ahead and purchased because it was a good car and it was a fair price, even for the lower model grade. The extended warranty is good and covers just about everything- we probably paid more for that than we should have and hopefully we won’t need it but our experience generally has been that they are worth the cost so we felt inclined to purchase it. It was far away, but I would be willing to make the drive and buy from these guys again. More
