Thank you for your review. I can assure you that your issue did not fall on deaf ears. Our accounting department has been working diligently to get this processed. Yes, the previous owner did give us the lending institution where they financed the vehicle and we paid that loan off. Unfortunately it turned out there was a second lien which certainly slowed the process but it has all been handled and both the title and registration are in a FedEx package on their way to you.

This is an update to my previous review. I received a good experience when purchasing the vehicle. However, I was later disappointed when I was told the dealer would handle the transfer of my registration and after a month went by this did not occur. I checked with the BMV and was told "dealers will tell you anything to sell you a car". I then discovered that I was sold a vehicle that still had a lien on the title from the previous owner. I have been unable to register the vehicle after almost two months of purchasing it because I keep getting the run-around as to when this will be resolved. This dealership is great at selling vehicles but not very good at responding to issues. I even tried to speak with a manager after repeated attempts to get the correct information and got dumped off in a voice mailbox with no timely response. I would definitely NOT recommend this dealership after further interaction.....and still waiting for a resolution as of this date.
Ken Stuart was the best car salesman I’ve ever had. His
service was 1st class. I’ve never had a car salesman offer to program my garage door opener . Ken is definitely an asset to Crown Mercedes.
