The dealership is about average. I have purchased three cars from their salesman Ken Stewart who is exceptional. The other people I have worked with were Konstantin Kurmak in sales Who was very helpful and cars from their salesman Ken Stewart who is exceptional. My experience was amazing! I honestly had a lot of anxiety visiting a dealership to get a new car. I’ve heard so many horror stories that I didn’t know what to expect. Right from the moment I walked in I felt acknowledged, important, and appreciated. I was greeted by everyone, I was asked by a few sales reps if I had already been taken care of. I immediately connected with Konstantin and we had great conversation. He was very straight forward and to the point to show me what was available and help me find the best car for me. The customer service was through the roof. Konstantin really put in the work to help me get the car I wanted! He is amazing and so personable. Although the car buying journey can be expectantly long he definitely made it fun and painless. I also enjoyed Bill in the finance department. He was very nice, personable, and knowledgeable. He also made me laugh and made this whole experience fun and painless. Everyone really seemed genuinely happy that I got my car.
