Had vehicle in for oil change. the service writer quoted a $2444 tune-up when they had done the 100,000 mile tune up in 2023. He backed off when I pointed that out. He also said that the tires should be replace soon. I had him quote a set of tires. I asked for a written quote. Later that afternoon I left a phone message that I would like to know it there were any discounts for the tires available. He didn't return the call. The next afternoon I went to see him, I had received a review request from CARFAX with the wrong mileage on the vehicle by then. The conversation didn't go well. He halfheartedly apologized for not listening to my message, told me that a special on tires would start in September. He then basically told me the CARFAX issue wasn't his problem. I told him to cancel the appointment for the tires. Later I received a "how did we do" email from the dealership. I responded with the same info as I have described here. They responded that they had sent my email to the service manager. It has been two day since then and I haven't hear from the service manager. Thus the reason for my poor rating. It's a shame, the previously owner was easy to deal with. More
