He is friendly, knowledgeable, and was willing to help me even though I was on a pretty limited budget. While considering which car to buy, I called my mom to ask her what she thought. When she realized that I was working with Bill, she said, "Oh, Bill won't steer you wrong. If he says it's a good car, it's a good car." As it turns out, she's been driving a car that she bought for him for a good many years, and she's been quite happy with it.
