I came back to MacDonald for another oil change because I had received such good service in the past. After seeing an email that mentioned a Chevy Impala LT, I decided to talk to a sales person and was dire had received such good service in the past. Bill answered all my questions, I never felt like I was being pressured which would have been a deal breaker right away. He was very friendly and patient and made the whole experience very smooth. I had asked Bill to call to remind me to bring the title and he did! I didn't have to do a thing! I never had to call my insurance company, didn't have to be concerned with the title transfer, the registration....they did it all!!! As for the price, I thought it was pretty decent for the condition of the vehicle, the mileage and the extras it has. This experience was the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. More

When calling about this car we were directed to Bill Urbanski a salesman at the dealership. We had been looking for a dark blue Deville both interior and exterior but when we connected with Bill, he sent us some fantastic photos of the car. The following day we arranged to view the car and with Bill's expert advice and the great help he gave us we decided to purchase the car even though it was Pewter in color we could not pass it up. Bill worked diligently with us to make it possible to purchase the car. He made all the arrangements, everything we needed to drive the car home in just two days. We would most certainly go back to the McDonald Dealership, look up Bill if needed when we get ready to purchase another automobile. More

I have been thinking about robbing a bank for a few weeks now and I just had a feeling that my current get-away vehicle, a 17 year old GMC pickup truck, was not quite up to the task. I wheeled in to McDonal now and I just had a feeling that my current get-away vehicle, a 17 year old GMC pickup truck, was not quite up to the task. I wheeled in to McDonald's lot and ask to see Mr. Bill Urbanski. We talked for a bit and I explained to him what my plans were. He told me that if I was planning to rob a bank that I would surely get caught. He said that if I was going to get caught, the last thing that I would want is to be caught driving a 17 year old truck. We both laughed. I told him that I didn't have much money, OBVIOUSLY. So we strolled over to the Economy Lot for a quick look-see. Suddenly, off in the not too distant...distance, there it was. A brand new 10 year old pickup truck that was the same color and everything. Bill told me that if I went to the bank and asked to borrow some money that they would loan it to me as long as I paid it back. I was like, REALLY? YOU CAN DO THAT??? To make a long story short, I got the new 10 year old truck and thanks to Bill Urbanski, I didn't have to rob a bank to get it. More
