From the time my wife and I walked in until we drove away in our new Highlander Limited Platinum, it was totally enjoyable. No phony welcome, no high pressure, just a show room filled with sales people and other staff actually happy to be at work! Our first contact was through the internet with Emily Howard. On arrival, she greeted us and introduced us to Christen Salvatico. Christen was amazingly knowledgeable, sincere, genuinely interested in what we wanted and demonstrated our vehicle to us with expertise while not making us feel stupid or old. Lastly it was the business manager Bill Utnick who completed the sale. No pressure! He simply presented our options to us and offered wise suggestions and explanations along the way. Then finally, it was back to Christen who helped us with all the settings inside the car and made sure we knew where everything was before we left I've had some awful experiences with other big car stores in Charleston, but this may well have been the best buying experience........EVER! More

After spending less than an hour with him my wife and I decided to purchase the Tacoma. Although, the exact truck I wanted wasn't on the lot he was able to find it at one of their sister dealerships and had it delivered within a couple of days. Both the salesman and the Business Manager were very professional and listened to what I wanted in the vehicle and financing. We enjoyed not having to haggle, we told them what we wanted and they in turn told us what they would offer. Very up-front and honest made the whole buying experience exceptional. More

But the time the business opened I received a call from Carleen. She mad arrangements to have the vehicle transferred the next day. I then began working with Chris Mitchell. He was friendly, courteous and very responsive. After testing driving the vehicle, I met with Bill to get the vehicle financed. Bill's year of experience in the automotive industry was evident. I was able to get an outstanding warranty. I didn't feel as if I was taken advantage of being a female. I was in and out the dealership in less than 3 hours. I highly recommend this dealership. Ask for Chris Mitchell, he was awesome. More

Each employee we dealt with was pleasant and professional and never pressured or pushed us into a sale. And Bill made the actual purchase (the financial piece) an absolute breeze...we were in and out of the dealership (with our new car) in just a couple of hours. I did find a few other cars in the area that were somewhat comparable to the one I finally bought; however, I returned to this dealer because of my initial impressions of genuine good will and great quality of the product.
