Wonderful Staff and a Delightful Experience Arrived at the dealership for a lease renewal. I knew exactly what models I was looking for, but wasn't sure exactly which options to choose. I was immediately taken care of and they even had an appointment time set up so I could be taken care of quickly. I provided the details of what I wanted and the conversation and knowledge I received was quite helpful. We took a couple test drives and checked out a few different vehicles/options, but Tonya did not stray away from what I wanted, understanding my price points and what I was looking for, instead of trying to sell hard, which I greatly appreciated. I had most of my paperwork, but did forget a few things. I thought that I might not be able to continue with the sale, but the company had ways of getting access to those necessary materials. In short, Tonya answered all my questions, provided me with what I wanted/needed without pushing me into a sale I didn't want and she was very friendly which helped with both the process and overall experience. More

Outstanding Sales and Service I was in need of a vehicle to commute to work, and stopped by the dealership to look at the RAV4. The sales associate that promptly helped me was nam I was in need of a vehicle to commute to work, and stopped by the dealership to look at the RAV4. The sales associate that promptly helped me was named Matt. He first collected some information about the type of vehicle that I was looking for, and then we took a test drive. During the test drive, he not only pointed out the excellent features based on what I would need, but also elaborated on how much he trusted the vehicles from Toyota from personal experience. I ended up purchasing a vehicle that evening because of the non-pushy sales pitch by Matt and the excellent customer service from Bill in the finance department. Also, after the dealership closed at 8 p.m. Matt stayed to help me set-up the electronic features, such as Bluetooth syncing with my smartphone. I have never known a sales associate that cared so much about the customer! More
