We contacted Eddie Cooks who quickly identified a Highlander that met all our wishes and was available in Sep. His service and our experience accepting the vehicle about a month later was great. The way Benji Spivey, Chris Fitzgerald and Don Hesher made me feel from the second I walked in the door to when I was pulling away in my new car, was above and beyond. The entire staff there walks around smiling and I can see why. They truly enjoy what they do and want to make you feel comfortable and at ease. Bill Utnick in finance made it all very easy to understand and was great to work with as well. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for any type of car. We found the Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston on the Internet. Upon making an appt to come in and drive a Tacoma we found that the dealership didn't have what we wanted in stock. Mark Searcy did an EXCEPTIONAL job in searching for one and when he didn't find one said no problem I will get one from our Port. Not only did he get exactly what we wanted he had it delivered to our home in Florida. We have never in all of our buying experience had someone go to the extremeties that he did in making sure we were kept informed as well as pleased with our purchase....did we mention we saved over $3,000 in buy from Fred Anderson one happy family who has and will continue to spread the word of our experience. We went to Fred Anderson Toyota where we were greeted by Matt Laurence. He was friendly, professional, and very helpful to us in our purchase of a new Toyota Prius. We were pleased with his support, the expeditious handling of our trade in, and the assistance during our visit. Matt was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Matt is an excellent asset. Bill Utnick handled the paperwork. He was an excellent manager. Very professional and friendly.
