When we arrived, we were handed over to Joy Donmoyer, with whom we also negotiated the trade-in price of our older vehicle, Joy was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She was helpful without being pushy. And she was concerned that we should leave satisfied that we had purchased a superior product at a fair price. They entire staff was cheerful and helpful. I was hesitant to buy through a dealership because I am very inexperienced in buying cars by myself. Joy made me feel extremely comfortable and was patient, knowledgeable and beyond helpful from the minute I met with her at the dealership. She truly goes above and beyond to educate you on all of your options and financing details based on your personal circumstances. I purchased a car from CarMax earlier this year and was not satisfied with my buying experience or purchase so I was looking to make a change and trade that car in. Joy was amazing to work with! She was very knowledgeable of the Camry that I was test driving, She made sure that I did not leave the dealership without any questions and she was not pushy at all. This is what made me want to purchase from Fred Anderson. I would HIGHLY recomend Joy to anyone purchasing a car and the rest of the Fred Anderson team. Even after I had purchased my new 2019 Camry, Joy made sure that I understood all the controls in the car before I left the lot.
