He mentioned that he was new, but we could not tell otherwise! Very laid back and not that "pushy" sales person everyone hates. Great to work with and easy to talk to and got us a great deal. Very young and friendly which is perfect for customers who are younger like we are, and local- which is rare! Car shopping is a pain for anyone, but especially ones who haven't had many experiences with it. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and the show room was beautiful. We are happy with today's outcome. Will be back to see them in the future if we need another vehicle. More

This time shopping our previous sales person has moved to finance and we have been working with a new sales person- Saara. She has been amazing to work with! No pressure sales, really listens to what you are looking for, plenty of test drives and always willing to do whatever we needed. It took quite a few months to settle on something this time and we got the perfect vehicle. So glad she never gave up on us, and never even hinted at pushing us to choose something. We will be back again in a few years when it’s time to trade in! To anyone looking for a quality vehicle and great customer experience- go to Fred Anderson! Not only have I loved this vehicle, I have received caring, friendly service in my visits to the service department. In making the decision to change vehicles, to downsize to a Rav4, there was no question but to remain with Fred Anderson Toyota for the security of my service experience. I did not have a relationship with a sales person, and was referred by another employee to Joy Donmoyer who was a perfect match for me. She was informative, patient, attentive, and when I returned with a few more questions following delivery, she happily spent some time with me providing my answers. I hope to continue to see her in the dealership as I visit for servicing. More

As a teacher, I have referred many of my colleagues to this dealership and they all have had excellent experiences. The service department is also reliable and trustworthy.
