They kept the car for a week. I could check my app and see when the car was moved last and they never touched it all week. When they finally did, only after I called, they told me they can’t hear the grinding noise that even my deaf 82 year old father can hear without hearing aids. They told me to come pick it up. Still makes noise and I don’t have time to make another extremely inconveniently timed appointment so that they can make fun of me for being a crazy woman after ignoring me for a week. The car is less than a year old and already drives like the 86 tbird I got the summer after I graduated high school for $500. Shakes when it goes over 70. Acts like it’s gonna stall after stops. Brakes shake. Metal clanging when you hit even a tiny bump. I already hate this car. More

I am very pleased with the customer service at Hawk Mazda. They have always treated me with friendliness and respect. I received a complimentary loaner car for my maintenance service that would normall Mazda. They have always treated me with friendliness and respect.
