Bill was excellent when I visited Hanover to test drive and purchase my car. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He even sat and chatted with me while waiting to finance. Outstanding experience Very professional quick and easy. I come in knowing what car I wanted, so I took the car for a test drive and found it as described. I'm a VSPP Preferred Customer and your dealer is a participating dealer. The process started through inquiry on how many miles the vehicle I'm interested, with Ms Victoria Barbosa but she refused to participating dealer. The process started through inquiry on how many miles the vehicle I'm interested, with Ms Victoria Barbosa but she refused to answer the question and the responses seemed rude. I presented the Buyer Certificate upon my decision to buy. Mr. William Williamson did a marvelous job. Unfortunately Mr. Mike Rosicot seemed to be unaware of this program for Toyota employee. I have to insist that the national incentive should be applied. Also I CAN trade in my lease vehicle it was not accepted. I was wondering if I'm the only Toyota employee who went to your dealer and maybe the 1st time you have done such. I never experienced the VIP treatment that I should be receiving. For Mr. Dave Gavin, he asked some questions but seemed to be just pretending listening to the answer. Everyone whom I met didn't give me their business card. On the positive side, Toyota's commitment on continuous improvement should be applied on the negative review that I have written. More
