Remotely buying with this dealership was a mixed bag. The staff were nice and helpful to a degree you'd expect, but they took quite some time (a week or so for a high demand vehicle) to get back to me af The staff were nice and helpful to a degree you'd expect, but they took quite some time (a week or so for a high demand vehicle) to get back to me after I first slapped the table on wanting to buy. After that the process went well enough, and I can really appreciate the fact they drove nearly 300 miles to get the vehicle here, but I'm pretty sure that's a Ford policy. After receiving the vehicle, I noticed what looked to be a preexisting paint defect and several minor dents that were not disclosed to me despite the fact I was going through this whole process remotely. Trying to reach back out to the dealership to see what, if anything could be done, I seemed to be forgotten about. That part repeated the better part of 3 times before I had to give up and go to a local dealership. TLDR: I'm sure the dealership is nice face to face, and the staff did me no harm, but remote buying is iffy for the used cetified vehicles More
