I really did ENJOY being there, learning all about the new SUV's features from him, and just enjoying ourselves as we went through what's typically a stressful experience in a fun / non-confrontational / trust-building way. He just has such a wonderful way of working with people and delivering outstanding client service. My favorite part was when he took me through LITERALLY EVERY SINGLE feature of the new SUV and went back through it multiple times to make sure I understood all the ins and outs (as I'm the kind of person that wants to know all the details). Billy is wonderful, Cowboy Toyota was also wonderful, and I can't wait to go back. More
