The receptionist transferred me to Billy, who gave me his direct line and made sure I had the address information as well as made note of the car of interest. When we arrived, it was sitting right by the front door..looking all shiny and new. My friend said, that looks like the car you are interested in... I thought oh no, probably not because the one I wanted was a pre-owned car and that one looks BRAND NEW. I was wrong. Billy had taken the initiative to bring the car and have it ready and waiting for ME! :) He showed us some of the features to get started and then we took it on a test drive. The next phase of the process was equally incredible. Although I have not had any credit for the past 11 years and score was non existent, Billy and the finance manager were able to get me a decent interest rate...not great, but definitely decent considering my circumstances. Stressful as that could have been, Billy was encouraging, kind, and positive. When the paperwork was signed, he continued the customer service by showing me how to sync my phone to the car, the GPS feature and how to setup the radio...a little more on some of the safety features and we were ready to drive home in my used but feels like NEW car. Thank you to Cowboy Toyota and Billy Goss. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car. More
