Great Experience with Billy Goss and Cowboy Toyota Billy Goss was recommended to me by a couple friends and co-workers of my girlfriend and I. And, I'm very glad I visited him. He is not a high pressure salesman and will do everything (within reason) he can to help his customers. He's friendly, but not "slimy". Billy was great in looking for the exact truck I wanted, even though that changed a couple times during the buying process. I originally wanted a manual transmission and he didn't try to force me into an automatic as others had done. Then, when we learned that I wouldn't be able to get some of the options (in particular the upgraded radio with navigation) in the manual, he was patient as we listened MY music in various trucks and my car so that I could determine if I wanted the upgraded sound or not. He explained everything to me when it looked like I'd have to order a truck. And, then, when I decided on a truck on their allotment list, he kept me up to date as to when it would (and did) "hit port", when it got a vin number, and when he thought it would be in. When the truck finally did come in, he was great setting everything up in it and explaining everything it could do. What's more, he genuinely seemed almost as excited as I was about the new truck! With regards to the deal itself, I feel that I got a fair price (better than anywhere else I spoke to) and what they offered me for my trade was more than I expected. Lastly, when I visited the finance office to sign paperwork, I was very happy that Richard had a similar no nonsense approach. He didn't try to pressure me into anything I didn't want and didn't waste time trying to scare me into buying something or telling me how "he'd feel better if I had nitrogen in my tires" like other dealerships have done in the past. Richard got me what I feel is a fair loan at a fair rate without a bunch of useless fees and add-ons that I didn't want or need. I was very pleased with my experience with him. I plan to keep this truck for a long time, but when it comes time to buy something new, Billy and Cowboy Toyota are on the top of my list of places to visit and I will (and have) recommend(ed) them to friends looking to purchase a vehicle. More
