100% Billy, he was knowledgeable, fun, informative and understood what I wanted. I was ready for battle when I came in but I didn't get to fight, instead I left happy and with a brand new car. I met BIlly Goss at Cowboy Toyota in 2020 when I was looking for a Rav4 for my daughter. We were not able to get one at that time due to inventory but he kept in touch with me.
