I appreciated his availability and willingness to help - he made himself available to answer any questions I had, even after the sale was complete and offered to ship 2 cords for my Android auto (via overnight) since I didn't have one, as well as giving me his contact information and encouraged me to call back with any issues in the future. 5 stars for him and a big thumbs up!
