Billy at Jimmy Britt was the most helpful service manager I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. My truck experienced the fuel pump failure that has been recalled for a while now and the only part that they I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. My truck experienced the fuel pump failure that has been recalled for a while now and the only part that they did not have was the fuel tank. Billy went above and beyond, giving me a loaner truck to drive for three weeks while RAM drug their feet at every turn, promising to expedite the tank just to have it arrive 10 days after the initial quoted arrival date. I definitely still have a sour taste in my mouth when it comes to RAM, but if it were not for the kindness and professional attitude from Billy and his staff I would have been very disappointed by the experience. I cannot say enough good about the entire service team and Jimmy Britt. More
