I came to Carter Subaru on the recommendation of a relative. My first impression was that the staff by and large were honest and efficient. I was to be very very disappointed. Garret Farr lied about the number of key sets included with the vehicle, stating several times that it was a positive sign when a car came with two sets of keys -- he must have known that there was no second set of keys. He also implied that if I were not completely satisfied with the purchase, the dealership most likely would agree to cancel the deal and issue a refund within two or three days of the purchase. I purchased a car on Saturday and brought it back on Monday morning; I offered to pay a substantial rental for the two day's use. Garret Farr told me it was impossible to cancel the deal because all the paperwork had been sent to Olympia, I learned later that no paperwork had left the dealership and that paperwork was normally held a week or more before being sent along to Olympia, Farr again lied. I told Biniamin Tsegay that no second set of keys was a "deal breaker" as far as I was concerned. He said a second set of keys would be made. I sold the car the next day (at a considerable loss) and requested that I be refunded the cost of the second set of keys. I'm still waiting. Needless to say, I was very disappointed in my experience with this dealership. I cannot recommend them. Sasha Mednikov was the only bright spot. He was polite and helpful. More

My daughter and I have gone to other car dealership before we went to Carter Subaru. Biniamin Tsegay was there and available to help. I drove tested at least 3 cars. My first choice did not meet my expectations, so was the second. The third was great. Biniamin was so patient helping out and I did not even notice any impatience that I noticed from the other dealership. And that sold me out and of course the car too. He was thorough with his explanation and did not mind staying late. The second day, I picked up my car and did my final signature. Biniamin thoroughly explained and demonstrated the gadgets and all those functions in the car and on the dashboard. I am enjoying the car and learning all the peek a boos. I call them peek a boos, because sometimes I discover things that I did not know existed. Thanks to the help of my children. LOL. I'm hoping that I will know all the functions in ten years. I am 74 and still going. Everyone we met was nice and friendly. More
