I never write poor reviews it I’m totally baffled how this place operates. There isn’t enough space to write here. So I’ll go with my biggest issue: my side mirrors started peeling and sliced my fingers this place operates. There isn’t enough space to write here. So I’ll go with my biggest issue: my side mirrors started peeling and sliced my fingers in November, 2024. After calling the dealership for weeks leaving messages and getting Put on hold, I finally was able to make an appointment with service. It was 2 weeks out. I show up for it and they tell me they have no record of me. I showed them my text confirmation and they tell me it was a booked by an offsite agent and they are screwing with their schedule and make me come back. I come back and they approve a warranty repair. But the say it will take 4-6 weeks for the mirrors to come in. I’m totally diplomatic at this point and agree. 2 months go by and they tell me to come by to get the mirrors installed. I showed up and they tell me the wrong mirrors were sent and they don’t know when the right ones will be in. They said it could take a few months. I agree civilly again. I call once per month for 6 months. Nobody ever answers the service line. I leave tons of messages and get one return call about 3 months later saying the mirrors should be arriving soon. Again I call every 3-4 weeks to no avail. Now I’m traveling for the summer to return in October. They call me while I’m out of town letting me know the mirrors arrived. Mind you this is roughly 6 months or more after the initial claim that the mirrors finally arrive. I let them know about my travels. They say “no worries, we will keep the here for you until you get back.” So, I get back and nobody will answer the service line again. Numerous messages and nothing! I finally get an appointment in December for a recall and regular maintenance paired with the mirror replacement. When I arrive they say they sent the mirrors back months ago and now the warranty is up and I have to pay $3k or so for them. The service manager called me in January, 2026 to discuss. Left me a voicemail and text. I get back to him the next day by call and text. No response again. I send several texts and messages over the next few weeks. Finally after psycho calling him he answers and says he will get back to me. I’ve followed up every few weeks with no answers. Now it’s April, 2026 and no response. How do you stay in business when you don’t respond to customers and treat them like this? I’m a business owner of 30 years and it’s unfathomable to me you get away with this. I’ve tried to book several other service and maintenance with this store during this time and same issue. Finally found a great local guy that always picks up and is reasonable. More

Power steering went in pick up. Had to be towed to cape Coral Dodge Ram they were able to get it in the same day on a diagnostic in order the part they needed next day.
